1) Only 2 trades per year

2) All trades must be approved by the commish before made

3) 4th down and 2+ you must punt at all times. In the 4th quarter if your lead is 7 or less you can go for it at all distances, if your down in the 4th you can go for it at all distances

4) No nano's, turbo blitz's, rocket catches, or any form of glitch or game exploit

5) must have at least 3 rushers
